My Weigh Maestro

The My Weigh Maestro is a state of the art baking scale that can calculate ingredients in percentages and perform baker’s math percentage weighing.  This scale does the work of multiple scales with a unique retractable mini tray with 0.1 gram resolution, a 2 line display to show weight in 2 units simultaneously and a detachable backlit LCD front panel.  The My Weigh Maestro is used by world renowned chefs such as Michael Ruhlman, author of French Laundry Cookbook and Ad Hoc At Home, who says “this scale is one of the most important tools in my kitchen.”
